Acrylic Sheet, DP32

Polymethyl methacrylate (acrylic)
DP32 acrylic sheet, sold under the Acrylite FFV designation, carries a distinctive rippled or wave pattern embossed into one face with a smooth reverse. The larger, flowing ripple texture obscures vision more decoratively than a fine stipple, breaking up what sits behind the panel while transmitting light efficiently and adding visual movement to the surface. The pattern is formed into the sheet during manufacture rather than applied as a coating, so it will not wear, peel, or scratch off, and it delivers even light diffusion with no hot spots or harsh glare.

Clear DP32 is specified for decorative and privacy glazing, lighting lenses and diffuser panels, cabinet and door inserts, shower and bath enclosures, room dividers and partitions, retail display fixtures, and sign faces where the rippled effect is part of the design. It offers the standard acrylic advantages over patterned glass — roughly half the weight, far higher impact resistance, and no yellowing under years of UV exposure — and cuts, drills, routers, and thermoforms with conventional acrylic tooling. Commonly stocked in 48" x 96" sheets in gauges from .118" through .220", with cut-to-size service for exact-fit panels.
