Gallina ArcoPlus® 626 Modular Panel, 6 Wall

ArcoPlus® 626 is a standing-seam modular panel in 6-wall multiwall polycarbonate, 20mm (3/4") thick and 23.62" wide, that interlocks panel to panel so a glazed wall or roof is built from the panels themselves rather than from a framework of glazing bars. The 6-wall structure traps air in sealed channels, giving a U-factor of 0.264 at a panel weight of only 0.655 lb/ft². Both faces carry co-extruded UV protection, and polycarbonate brings the impact strength that makes these systems practical where glass would be a hazard or a liability.

Light transmission runs Clear 58%, Opal 33%, Bronze 40%, Green 48%, so daylight and solar gain can be dialled in by colour rather than by adding shading. Panels cold-curve to a minimum radius of 13 ft for barrel-vault and arched work. Panels are supplied in lengths limited only by transportation, and the system is completed with its own aluminium and polycarbonate profiles, connectors, gaskets and brackets. Typical uses are vertical glazing and curtain walling, stadium and industrial cladding, partitions, corridor and stairwell infill, and roof glazing. Optional treatments include IR, which reduces the interior solar heat gain coefficient by 20%, a UV matte finish on one or both faces, and the Caleido custom colour range.
