Gallina PoliCarb® Washer w/ Gasket

Fastening washers for multiwall and solid polycarbonate glazing. A washer spreads the clamping load of the screw across the sheet face and seals the penetration, which is what stops a fixing from crazing the panel or leaking at the hole.

The washer with gasket pairs a rigid cap with a bonded seal for general fixing; the neoprene washer suits applications needing a softer, more compliant seal against irregular surfaces. Drill fixing holes oversize so the sheet can move with temperature, and do not overtighten — the washer should compress, not deform the panel. Supplied each.
