King ColorBoard® is the bright primary-colour grade of King’s environmentally stabilised polyethylene sheet, made on the same K-Stran™ process for flatness and consistency, with a matte finish on both faces. The colour is solid through the sheet and colourfast outdoors — it will not rust, delaminate or rot under UV, humidity or water, and it never needs painting or refinishing. The six standard colours are matched to King ColorCore®, so a solid panel and an engraved one can be specified together.
It is used where colour is doing the work: children’s furniture, school equipment, parks and recreation fixtures, playgrounds, theme parks, hospitals and museums, plus sign and marine work. It machines with ordinary woodworking tooling and takes CNC detail cleanly. King MicroShield® antimicrobial and King FlameShield ASTM E-84 Class A upgrades are available to order. Stocked in 1/4", 1/2" and 3/4" on the 48" x 96" sheet, cut to your size.
