Gallina PoliCarb twinwall polycarbonate diffuses light to prevent leaf burn, insulates far better than single-pane glass, and shrugs off hail that would shatter anything else — with co-extruded UV protection and a 10-year warranty. We stock Gallina multiwall panels and cut them to your frame's dimensions, with the H-channels, U-profiles and fasteners to finish the job.

Install it right - make panels last
UV side out. The protected face is marked on the film and etched on the edge - backwards, it yellows.
Let it move. 1/8" per 4 ft expansion gap, oversized pre-drilled holes, gasketed washers - never overtightened.
Flutes with the slope. Vertical on walls; roofs pitched at least 7% so water drains.
Full run length. Panels can't butt end-to-end
Tape, then cap. Solid tape up top, vented below, U profile with weep holes keeps condensation out.
Dry fit, no sealant. 100% silicone at flashing only. Hoop house? Twinwall cold-bends - 8 mm to a 59" radius.
